4 yolks
0.5 cups sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 cups of cream

Mix the yolks, sugar, and vanilla. Heat the cream and slowly add it to the mixed yolks. Pour and put it in the oven at 200 for HOURS. Refrigerate then pour caramelized sugar on top. Break with a spoon :3

small kine fail :"| I will wish for a brulee torch for Christmas. And a camera to take better pictures of not so yummy foods.

  1. Did you not use any form of fire to caramelize the surface? Maybe a lighter? :(
